Challenge

Property manager Matt McClung faced the challenge of managing a large property that had not properly maintained its surfaces and had fallen behind on its regular cleaning schedule. The entire property required a thorough cleaning, and the hallways needed all new carpets. Given the scale of the replacement– approximately 1.5 miles of carpets end-to-end – he knew his budget would be stretched thin. An estimated $150,000 was budgeted to replace flooring surfaces and clean the property thoroughly. We also conducted a thorough cleaning audit and inspection, giving Matt a detailed report on our services. We now manage the regular janitorial and quarterly carpet cleaning for the entire property. In addition, we support The Vue by cleaning vacant units.

Results

Additionally, we were hired to provide quick turn and carpet cleaning services and retained for continued cleaning services. Due to our hard work, we tackled all the cleaning challenges Matt faced and substantially reduced costs for him, saving $110,000 in the process. Our efforts also helped Matt's property win a Property of the Year award.
